By using this Site in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale of TackleFind, Inc., and Lang's Auction, Inc. Any use of this Site, purchase, or access to the database, forms a binding contract with TackleFind, Inc. and/or Lang's Auction, Inc.

All database photography and information is the property of Lang's in partnership with TackleFind and may not be reproduced in any form, no description, design, artwork, text, advertising or any section of the website or application, catalog or listing may be reproduced without the express written consent of TackleFind, Inc. and Lang's Auction, Inc.

Any condition statement is given as a courtesy; it is an opinion only and should not be treated as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is free from wear, imperfections, damage, repair or the effects of aging. Photography may vary and is not a guarantee of condition, color, size, or any other feature pertaining to consignments. Items may not be as they appear.

All prices displayed include the final hammer price plus applicable buyer's premium for that sale.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account Information. We will not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your account and you will indemnify and hold Us harmless from and against any losses, damages, claims or liabilities relating to the improper, unauthorized or illegal uses of your account.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the site or application or with these Terms, it is at your sole discression to discontinue use and/or uninstall the application.

We reserve the right to deny participation and therefore block subscription privileges without explanation.

While TackleFind endeavors to provide an accurate application and site, we shall not be held liable or responsible for potential sale/purchase or any transaction losses due to outages and/or network connectivity issues. Any reliance upon the application and site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to interrupt the operation of the application or site as necessary to perform maintenance, error correction or other changes.

It is at Our discression to withdraw any catalog lot from the database for any reason at any time without notice. We reserve the right to make text and/or image changes at any time without notice.

iOS Users will be having Monthly Subscription Option of $4.99, which is automatically renewed on a monthly basis. Users can opt out from the subscription at any time by managing the subscription in their Apple Account purchases.

This contract contains the complete, exclusive and final agreement of the parties, being no understanding, no oral or other written agreement, inducement, promise, representation or warranty other than is included in this Terms, any such matter has been merged into this agreement and does not survive its execution.

Affiliated business arrangement disclosure - Lang's Auction, Inc. currently maintains a business relationship with TackleFind, Inc., specifically providing information pertaining to auction catalog lots from previous sales. Neither company will be held liable for shared errors or omissions.

We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised Terms of Use on the Site and Application. We may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by suspending or terminating access to the Site and/or notifying you. Your continued use of the Application or Site after we have posted revised Terms of Use signifies your acceptance of such revised Terms of Use.

Any and all persons, participants and/or their agents agree to be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and all issues concerning a transaction or any other matter whatsoever will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and all parties further agree that all legal actions concerning any issue or transaction will be brought in Oneida County, State of New York.

If any part of these Terms is for any reason proved to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid and enforceable.!!!!!
